From first site walk to annual service
We don’t just install cameras — we build the complete security system. Every deployment follows the same sequence, whether it is six cameras at a home or sixty across a plant.
Eleven steps, in order
- 01
Site Survey & Security Assessment
We walk the site with your team and map risks, coverage, blind spots, lighting and the infrastructure already in place.
- 02
Camera Placement & Coverage Design
Camera locations, zones, network routes, storage and response points are designed before anything is bought.
- 03
Camera Selection or Existing-CCTV Integration
We select the camera type and lens per location, or integrate compatible cameras you already own.
- 04
Cabling, PoE & Networking
Cabling, PoE switches, power and mounting, run and terminated cleanly so the system stays serviceable.
- 05
Recording & Storage Configuration
Recording and retention are configured on the appliance for the camera count and the period you need.
- 06
Parvekshak Appliance Installation
The Security Appliance is installed on site and every camera is brought onto it.
- 07
AI Capability Configuration
Zones, rules, permitted hours, enrolled people, schedules and the capabilities your site actually needs.
- 08
Response Integration
Speakers, sirens, lights and floodlights wired and linked to the right events, where required.
- 09
Testing & Commissioning
Cameras, recording, AI, alerts and every configured response are tested end to end before handover.
- 10
Training & Handover
Your security and admin users are trained on the console, the mobile app and what each alert means.
- 11
AMC & Support
Ongoing service: health checks, issue resolution, software updates and maintenance under AMC.
One appliance. NVR + AI + management.
Camera streams, recording, playback, AI events, evidence clips, alerts, reports, users and roles and camera health — centralised in one appliance inside your premises. Faces, clips and reports stay on site.
Camera count, retention and storage are specified per appliance configuration and confirmed during the survey.
Who does what
What we need from you
- Access to the site for the survey and the install
- Someone who knows the premises and the risks
- Power and, ideally, a place for the appliance and network gear
- The people to enrol, if recognition or attendance is in scope
- Sign-off on the coverage design before we order anything
What you get from us
- A coverage design you can see before you commit
- A quote for the complete system, not a software price
- Clean, labelled cabling that can be serviced years later
- Every configured alert and response tested at commissioning
- Training for your security and admin users
- A support route that does not change after handover
Installed today. Supported for years.
A security system is only as good as its worst-maintained camera. Support is part of the deployment, not an afterthought sold separately once something stops working.
Commissioning
Cameras, recording, AI, alerts and every configured response tested before handover.
Issue Resolution
A camera down, a network fault, an alert that is not behaving — raised with us and worked to a fix.
System Health Checks
Camera health and appliance status are monitored; periodic checks under AMC.
Software Updates
Improvements to detection and the console, applied to your appliance.
Camera & Network Service
Cleaning, re-aiming, re-termination and replacement as sites change over time.
AMC Options
Annual maintenance contracts scoped to the size and criticality of your deployment.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a deployment take?
A home or small office of four to eight cameras is typically surveyed, installed and commissioned within days. Larger industrial sites are phased around your operations and scheduled at design stage, so production is not interrupted.
Do you quote before or after the survey?
After. The survey establishes camera count and type, cable routes, network and power, storage, and which capabilities are worth enabling. Quoting before that means guessing, and the guess is always wrong in one direction.
Can the installation be phased?
Yes. A common approach is to secure the perimeter and entries first, then extend to interior zones, safety and operations capabilities once the core is running.
Who configures the AI rules?
We do, with your team, during configuration and commissioning — zones marked on the actual camera views, permitted hours set to your shifts, and the people who need enrolling enrolled. You are trained to adjust them afterwards.
What happens at handover?
Every camera, the recording, each configured capability and each response device is tested in front of you, your users are trained on the console and app, and the support and AMC route is confirmed.
